Every project involves a comprehensive review of the electrical systems. What is the project. What is the customer's goal. What is the customer budget. Are there weak points in the system.
Every project receives a written set of instructions/specifications that are to be shared with the installing contractor.
Every project receives as much phone time as the job requires. This includes time for group conversations with the owner and/or contractor.
I have seen a lot of houses in my time. I have a pretty good eye to knowing where extra touches may be appreciated as the owner uses the home.
Please remember, I am going to have to rely on you, the customer and your electrician to document the work progress. I will need images from you of the exposed wiring/ raceways and installed equipment to see how the job is progressing.
It needs to be clear to the contractor that images inside equipment such as panelboards and boxes be provided by the electrician.
These images are part of the scope that should be submitted to you, the customer, before you make final payment is made on the project.
We both want this information to validate the installation was performed per plan. We want to ensure the electrical infrastructure elevates the emotional experience of listening too and watching videl as best it possibly can.
